This is my favorite picture I have taken, because it is of
my friend Jenna. Jenna was staying at my
house, because her mom went on vacation.
She fit in so well with my family, and everyone loved having her. I remember how she could be very insecure, even
though she acts tougher than she is. I
feel like this photo really combines her confidence and insecurity very
well. She had no idea I took this
picture, but that is another reason it is important to me. We have a game where we take pictures of each
other when the other one isn’t suspecting it.
She often tries to make me look as ridiculous as possible, whereas I
like to take very natural shots of her.
I like the lighting and the mood of the photo, and these two things are
what I make it a good photo. Another
reason I think it is a good photo is because it evokes when I look at it. I feel really calm, almost as if I should
patiently wait for whatever is coming.
